Previews and converts a variety of formats to the RDM/RDA formats (used in AVALANCHE, Dixerius, and Quake Royale), as well as other optional output formats. Formats supported for input include .3ds, .ase, WaveFront .obj, .proc, .md5mesh, .md5anim, .lzs (FF7), .raw (various), .bin (various), .gmo, .bsp (Quake 3, Jedi Academy, Quake, and Half-Life), .glm (GHOUL2), .gla (GHOUL2), .smd (Valve's pre-processed model/animation format), and .dae (COLLADA).

Scarlet is a resource viewer for the Windows/PC version of Silent Hill: Homecoming. It can play sounds, view models, view textures, and do lots of other things. It also exports sounds, models, textures, and other formats to universal media formats (such as .ogg, WaveFront .obj, and .dds).

DickLink was written primarily to overcome the shortcomings of the Linksys WVC54GCA wireless camera. The built-in software for the WVC54GCA does not allow any kind of automated snapshot distribution outside of the mostly-broken motion detection. DickLink is able to connect to any HTTP server, grab a JPEG or a frame from a MJPEG stream (like what is used by the WVC54GCA), save a local copy of the frame as a JPEG image, and then upload the snapshot via FTP on a set interval. In short, this means you can use the WVC54GCA like a regular set-interval webcam.

Converts Half-Life (version >= 220) maps to Quake 3 maps. It also:
  • Extracts map-referenced wad textures to TGA's.
  • Resizes wad textures to power of two, and compensates for the resized texture in brush texture coordinates.
  • Generates shaders (including support for alpha testing and blending) for map-referenced wad textures.
  • Creates shader variants and remaps brush references to support Half-Life brush transparency via Quake 3 shaders.
  • Automatically generates animmap shaders for Half-Life's animated textures.
  • Converts Half-Life's texture matrix by deriving a new brush side rotation and scale in texture space (which may or may not be reliable).
  • Automatically converts spotlights by generating info_null's and placing them based on cone parameters.
  • Relentlessly attacks small animals and children.
  • Parses qrad-compatible lights.rad files in order to automatically add surfacelight properties to generated texture shaders.

AVALANCHEAVALANCHE is a third-person action game, set in the Final Fantasy VII universe. This is my most massive and intricate solo project to date, and development time was around 6 months. High-resolution screenshots, in-game video footage, and other downloadable resources are available on the AVALANCHE web site. You can also find the AVALANCHE/R-Cube SDK (with mesh2rdm) and various third-party AVALANCHE mods on the AVALANCHE download page.

Quake Royale is a custom Quake engine and game, featuring gameplay based on the Battle Royale concept. Form alliances with other players, but beware of their inevitable betrayal, and keep moving to avoid danger zones. The engine features new dynamic lighting and shadows, real-time foliage/trees (they deform with wind and projectile blasts), new gore effects (like blood that drapes over geometry), and a bunch of other stuff.

A short space shooter, featuring a now-dated version of the same R-Cube Engine featured in AVALANCHE. After a firstperson prelude, the action takes place in a topdown shooter setting. None of it makes any sense, and it will hurt you. It's also playable over Internet/LAN via TCP/IP with up to 16 players.
